Manage Manpower Requisition of all requesting department and assist in the preparation of MRF for all manpower requests
Ensures approved MRF is recorded on the monitoring system
Manage to post job vacancies in all recruitment channels.
Maintain a pool of internal and external candidates.
Confer with the hiring supervisors or managers to identify specific needs based on projected targets and deliverables of each division.
Manage the day-to-day activities of recruitment and placement.
Schedule orientation/ training of newly hired employees.
Ensure the selection process of both direct and agency is implemented at all times based on guidelines.
Communicate with the 3
rd Party Service Providers regarding manpower requests. Administer Job Interviewing Schedules for all Rank & File to Managerial positions.
Ensure proper administration and interpretation of Pre-Employment Examinations.
Ensure the pre-Employment requirements of newly hired employees are correct and complete for 201 filings and HRIS encoding.
Ensure background investigation for all positions is done before hiring.
Ensure on-time placement of new hires based on the standard.
Endorsement of new hires to the Department Manager.
Prepare and ensure that all reports are accurate and submitted on time to immediate superior.
Graduate of Psychology or any related course
Experience with Recruitment processes and databases.
