HR Business Partner

  • Provide support to Line Managers and Supervisors in the areas of Employee Relations, Welfare, and Discipline.
  • Ensure that Management conforms to legal/due process in implementing discipline and/or termination.
  • Work closely with Department Managers and Employees in promoting healthy and mutually rewarding Labor-Management Relations that will ensure a harmonious and respectful working relationship.
  • Lead in defining Employee Relations Programs with committees.
  • Coordinate and manage the implementation and monitoring of Employee Programs such as Sports Activities, and Family Welfare Programs to maintain employees’ well-being.
  • Coordinate all other activities such as General Meetings, Company-Wide Assemblies, Functional Meetings, Team Building, and other Corporate activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships between all groups and personnel.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology and/ equivalent.
  • At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field.
  • Preferably with in-depth experience in Labor & Employee Relations.
  • Experience in other facets of HR is a plus.
  • Willing to be assigned in Zone 4, San Vicente Pamplona Camarines sur.
