JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide support to Line Managers and Supervisors in the areas of Employee Relations, Welfare, and Discipline.
Ensure that Management conforms to legal/due process in implementing discipline and/or termination.
Work closely with Department Managers and Employees in promoting healthy and mutually rewarding Labor-Management Relations that will ensure a harmonious and respectful working relationship.
Lead in defining Employee Relations Programs with committees.
Coordinate and manage the implementation and monitoring of Employee Programs such as Sports Activities, and Family Welfare Programs to maintain employees’ well-being.
Coordinate all other activities such as General Meetings, Company-Wide Assemblies, Functional Meetings, Team Building, and other Corporate activities.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships between all groups and personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology and/ equivalent.
At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field.
Preferably with in-depth experience in Labor & Employee Relations.
Experience in other facets of HR is a plus.
Willing to be assigned in Zone 4, San Vicente Pamplona Camarines sur.
